View Askew Collection Blu-Ray Case

I assure you we're open!
This is one of the simpler Blu-Ray case designs I’ve done, and is arguably one of the better ones too. It’s just a slip case that holds all six films from the “Askewniverse“, and can be displayed as the famous Quick Stop Groceries locale that has appeared in many of the films.
You just slide the outer box almost free of the inner box, affix the included signage (which is stored flat inside), and lay the case on its side for it to be in ‘store’ mode. It transforms!

The best part is – and this was unintentional – the films are stored in the RST Video side of the case. You can literally grab movies from the RST Video Store. How cool is that??
Remember these are just ideas, not works of art. In a perfect world I would have include images of the characters (like Jay and Silent Bob) loitering outside the store. But alas I could not find decent pictures of the cast I can work with. Also the store front would look more photo-realistic too. A black and white version featuring a bed sheet sign with shoe polish lettering would be a cool variant (fans know what I am referring to).
The sleeves are predominantly grey on the front to look like the roof. The two sides are just plain brick right now – this is where I would have put the cast from the films. There is a small stand on the bottom of the inner sleeve so it can stand flush to the outer sleeve when in ‘store’ mode.

Shockingly the owners of the actual building recently painted the exterior an orange color. Also the RST Video has been closed for a few years. This case is preserving history, people! I feel old.
I don’t know if it’s possible for this collection to be released, unless a third party like Criterion or Shout Factory handles the reins. I believe these Askewniverse films were made with many different film studios, so getting them all in one box set may be a logistical challenge.
