Here is a toy chest based on a Toys “R” Us box store, circa 1970’s. Originally I planned to add the store logo as well, but I liked this minimalist approach so I stuck with it.
This is something that could be thrown together with wood and stained, which might take forever with all the vertical stripes.
Another way to go is to add this to the foot of a bed, and make the whole bed frame look like a store as well, if you can imagine that.
