Light Gun Controller Transformer

Light Guns, the under-appreciated gaming input device. They are sort of making a big comeback, though in the form of the Wiimote and Sony’s upcoming Move, which use a lot of pointing-based controls in their games.

This is a design that’s been in my head for some time - just simply transform your typical gamepad into a light gun. Seems like a no-brainer…you got a few grips on there, as well as a few triggers, why not expand on that functionality?

I don’t think this would ever come to fruition. There never seem to be enough light gun games in any given generation of video games. But it would be cool.
