They must have some resistance though; I’ve never used these types of switches but if I used one and it didn’t have a decent resistance, I’d be sorely disappointed.
The mad scientist door is eh, but I love this one; I’d get one for a couple bucks (under $20 😛 )
I would be happy with something a little more Frankenstein, with a wooden base and exposed (via clear insulation) wiring. maybe some LED sparks?
Both ideas would be awesome variations. Whatever allows me to yell “It’s ALIVE!” whenever I flip the switch.
