Final Winnipeg Jets Logo Concepts
Read the write-up and see more versions after the jump.
My last attempt at the Winnipeg Jets logo! Here we have two new ones actually, and a couple versions of the Jets logo I posted last week.
Top Left: I started with this one wanting a Jet bursting through clouds over the word ‘Jets’, but I didn’t like the look. So I threw in a maple leaf (Happy Canada Day!) instead. Then saw I could sneak in a Falcon head (right) and a Thrasher head (left), so I thought I’d make another version…
Top Right:…that featured a Moose head as well, True North’s former AHL team. The antlers could look more cloud-like, so I may do more revisions in the future. Snuck in two Thrasher heads this time.Though they could be more Falcon-like. This design also featured a ‘W’ over the Moose head but it was too busy.
Bottom Right: My second Jets attempt again, but I fixed it up some more, wanted the blue jet better isolated.
Bottom Left: Added a wedge so a distinct ‘J’ could be seen. Very baseball-like.
A few more moose ones:
Sort of looks like the birds are attacking the moose, eh? Just have to paint over the eyes to get rid of them!
So I thought I would do that:
If I make any more revisions I’ll post them here.
